This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to large-scale projects across various domains. Candidates will collaborate with senior engineers, analysts, and project teams to solve business problems and deliver value-based outcomes.

• As a GenC Engineer at Cognizant, your responsibilities may include:
• 1. Software Development
• Writing clean, efficient code using modern programming languages
• Debugging issues and participating in code reviews
• Supporting development of scalable applications
• 2. Technical Problem Solving
• Understanding business requirements
• Identifying issues and delivering proper technical solutions
• Working closely with teams to optimize processes
• 3. Testing & Quality Assurance
• Performing functional and automation testing
• Ensuring product quality before deployment
• Documenting test results and validating outcomes
• 4. Collaboration
• Working with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, analysts)

• To perform well in the GenC role, candidates should possess the following skills:
