As an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, you will work on database management, IT service management, and testing processes. The role involves performing database queries, executing CRUD operations, and writing stored procedures based on business requirements.

You will also be responsible for preparing and executing test cases, analyzing service tickets, and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires familiarity with data analytics tools and a strong willingness to learn and innovate.

This position is designed for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in IT operations and analytics. It provides exposure to real-time projects and enterprise-level systems.

• Perform database queries and retrieve required data
• Execute CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
• Write stored procedures based on project requirements
• Prepare test cases, scripts, and testing data
• Execute manual and automated testing
• Analyze and resolve service tickets
• Identify root causes and fix issues
• Work with IT Service Management tools
• Collaborate with team members on projects
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills

• Candidates must have a 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, etc.)
• Eligible batches: 2024, 2025, 2026
• Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
• No rounding off (59.9% is not allowed)
• No active backlogs at the time of joining
• Consistent academic record required
• Must be willing to work in any Cognizant location
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
• Must meet university CGPA to percentage conversion norms
