Job Description
At Microsoft, interns work on real‑world projects in collaboration with global teams while having fun along the way. Roles & Responsibilities
- - Formulate algorithmic approaches to solve problems using defined data sources
- - Incorporate product functionality and customer perspective into problem context
- - Use data exploration techniques to uncover new questions or opportunities
- - Interpret analysis results, validate approaches, and iterate for continuous improvement
- - Produce clear, actionable insights for product and service enhancements
- - Participate in peer reviews and adopt feedback while learning innovative methods and tools
Eligibility Criteria
- - Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field
- - Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of study remaining after the internship
- - Preferred: currently pursuing a Master’s in the same fields
- - Open to graduates of any batch
