The role involves working with technology teams to support system operations, analyze data, resolve service requests, and contribute to improving IT services and infrastructure.

Candidates should be flexible to relocate to any Cognizant office location across India based on business requirements.

• • Perform database queries and CRUD operations
• • Write stored procedures based on project requirements
• • Prepare and execute manual or automated test cases
• • Analyze and resolve service tickets
• • Troubleshoot IT issues and support system operations
• • Monitor infrastructure and production environments
• • Follow standard operating procedures for service management
• • Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
• • Support cloud, database, network, and collaboration environments
• • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system performance

• • Candidates must belong to 2024 or 2025 batch
• • Graduation from 3-year undergraduate programs such as BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, Bvoc, BMS
• • Minimum 60% in academics for IT & Integrated Smart Operations role
• • Minimum 50% in academics for other roles
• • Candidates must have consistent academic record
• • No standing arrears are allowed
• • Candidates must be flexible to relocate anywhere in India
• • Willingness to work in shifts if required
• • Open to Indian nationals or OCI candidates residing in India
