Quest Global is hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for the role of US Recruiter. The recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various positions across the United States, providing exposure to the US staffing industry and the full recruitment lifecycle. This full‑time position is based in Bangalore and is open to candidates with up to one year of experience.

• - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels.
• - Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• - Conduct initial screening and assess qualifications, skills and experience.
• - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• - Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• - Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• - Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

• - Fresh graduates (BCA, BE, B.Sc) from any batch.
• - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• - Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• - Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• - Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment.
