As an Associate Software Engineer at CGI, you will work closely with the User Experience (UX) team and other cross-functional teams. This role is designed for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in user-centered design, problem-solving, and digital solutions.

The position offers hands-on exposure to design processes, research methodologies, and modern tools while working on real client projects. Candidates will receive guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills.

• Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the UX and design team in delivering high-quality digital experiences. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Supporting the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design mockups
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas for design solutions
• Helping analyze user feedback, usability data, and research findings
• Identifying user pain points and suggesting improvements
• Staying updated with UX design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Supporting documentation and presentation of design concepts
• Performing additional tasks as assigned to support the design and development teams
