As a Trainee at Wipro, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System according to client requirements. The role involves working with internal tools, system configurations, databases, and testing processes.

• Configure Wipro proprietary systems based on defined business analysis
• Set up and manage system tables and parameters as per client requirements
• Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance standards
• Support software development and maintenance activities
• Work with SQL queries and relational database concepts
• Follow software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver quality outcomes

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA
• Pass Out Year: 2024 & 2025 only
• Experience: Fresher
• Service Agreement: 12 Months
• Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM (9.5 Hours Shift)
• Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face
• Interview Location: Chennai (Wipro Office)

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Basic understanding of SAS & Mainframe concepts
• Ability to write Simple & Complex SQL Queries
• Understanding of Relational Database Concepts (tables, keys, DB2)
• Knowledge of System Testing & Software Quality Assurance
• Awareness of Automation Testing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller components
• Good communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
• Ability to share information clearly and concisely
