Roles & Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of telecom concepts, networking standards, and communication protocols.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage the delivery of telecom services for international customers while maintaining high service quality.
- Handle end-to-end order management to ensure timely service delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers and field teams to complete installations within the agreed service timelines (SLAs).
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues whenever required to avoid delays.
- Keep customers regularly informed about the status of their orders and service updates.
- Ensure customer readiness before service activation and installation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and field engineers to prioritize urgent service requests.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills while interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in the Telecom or Internet Service Provider (ISP) domain are eligible to apply.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in network operations and service delivery are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them responsibly.
