• Basic understanding of telecom concepts, networking standards, and communication protocols.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the delivery of telecom services for international customers while maintaining high service quality.
• Handle end-to-end order management to ensure timely service delivery.
