Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee, you will kick-start your career through a comprehensive training program that helps you transition from academic learning to a professional work environment. Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand the basics of programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures.
- Write, test, and debug code using at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Learn and apply database concepts, including writing basic SQL queries.
- Support the development and maintenance of web or software applications under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with teammates to solve technical problems and deliver project tasks on time.
- Gain exposure to cloud technologies, data platforms, AI, ERP, or legacy systems based on project requirements.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve technical and problem-solving skills.
- Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and software development best practices.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and improving application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to team discussions and learning initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have completed a B.E. or B.Tech degree.
- Only 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
- Applicants should be based in Chennai to be considered for this opportunity.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
