As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT), your primary goal is to learn how industrial-scale software and systems are developed and maintained. You won't be sitting on the sidelinesβyou will be an active participant in OJT (On-the-Job Training).
Daily Routine:
Skill Application: You will apply your knowledge of Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to solve engineering challenges.
Database Management: You will work with SQL queries to handle real-time data modeling.
Mentorship: You will be guided by industry experts, helping you understand how system design works in the automotive and transport sector.
Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to process efficiency, learning how to identify bottlenecks and suggest smarter, cleaner solutions.
- Actively participate in one-year On-the-Job Training (OJT) within professional engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python to automate routine engineering tasks.
- Collaborate on system design projects, ensuring code is scalable and efficient.
- Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries for data-driven engineering projects.
- Document technical processes to ensure knowledge is shared across the team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to solve complex hardware-software integration issues.
