Through this program, Volvo Group offers graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training (OJT).
The training duration is 1 year, during which candidates will work with experienced professionals and develop technical as well as professional skills.
Selected candidates will gain exposure to modern technologies, development methodologies, and industry practices.
