We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join the Risk and Identity Solutions (VAS) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using agile methodologies. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and contributing to architectural decisions.

• Design, implement, and enhance scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems
• • Participate in business requirement analysis and technical design documentation
• • Develop and execute test strategies for APIs, integrations, and end-to-end systems
• • Review designs and provide input on functional and non-functional requirements
• • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• • Review code and ensure accountability for development and testing activities
• • Participate in proof-of-concepts and evaluation of new technologiesDesign, implement, and enhance scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems

• Basic Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Engineering or related field
• • 0–1 year of experience in software development or testing
• • Knowledge of web applications, web services, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML
• • Experience with unit testing, shell scripting, and RDBMS is a plus
• • Exposure to Cassandra, Solr, or NoSQL databases is an advantage
• • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and code/test coverage tools
• • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

• • Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and methodologies
• • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
• • Experience or familiarity with API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• • Basic understanding of web applications, web services, and distributed systems
• • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and test automation concepts
• • Familiarity with databases (RDBMS) and SQL queries
• • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and build tools
• • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• • Basic knowledge of shell scripting and debugging techniques
• • Experience or awareness of NoSQL technologies (Cassandra / Solr) is a plus
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• • Good communication and collaboration skills
• • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
