The Associate Product Manager (APM) Program at Uber is a highly selective two-year rotational program designed for students with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Selected candidates will go through two one-year rotations, working on different Uber businesses such as:
Uber Rides
Uber Eats
Uber for Business
Freight
Marketplace & Payments
Mapping & Mobility
As an APM, you will work closely with engineering, design, operations, data science, and research teams to build products used by millions every day.
This role is ideal for students who have a passion for product development, strong critical thinking abilities, and a deep curiosity about technology and user behavior.

• Understand and internalize Uber’s overall mission and the specific goals of your assigned team.
• Lead the definition, strategy, and planning of new product features and innovations.
• Work with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, operations, analytics — to build and launch impactful products.
• Use data insights to determine product direction, user behavior patterns, and business metrics.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to support product decision-making.
• Manage product launches, track performance post-launch, and apply learnings to future improvements.
• Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical curiosity and a willingness to understand product architecture.
• Use design thinking and customer-first perspectives to build products that solve real user needs.
• Communicate product plans, progress updates, and results to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Welcome feedback, collaborate with teammates, and maintain high standards of execution.

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) program.
• Open to all engineering and non-engineering branches.
• Expected graduation year must be 2026.
• Must be available for full-time employment starting August 2026.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and user experience.
