Beckman Coulter is hiring freshers for the role of Software Engineer I – Testing at its Bangalore location through the Off Campus Drive 2026.

This position focuses on IT QA testing and automation services. The selected candidate will support the team by executing test cases, maintaining test environments, and learning best practices in software testing and automation.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, IT GxP Compliance, and offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing processes within a global healthcare technology organization.

• Execute manual and automated test cases under guidance from senior team members
• Assist in designing and maintaining test environments and test data
• Identify and document defects early in the software development life cycle
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Support automation efforts and improve testing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and quality processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Associate’s degree with relevant experience may be acceptable
• 0–2 years of experience in QA automation or software testing
• Freshers are eligible to apply
