IBM Off Campus Drive 2025 — IBM is hiring freshers for the role of Research Intern. Eligible candidates are those pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees. This internship provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic, AI-driven environment, contributing to real-world software development projects involving AI, AR/XR, Next.js, React, and Watsonx.ai.

• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and designers to develop and enhance AI-powered solutions.
• Participate in sprint releases, contributing new tools, features, and modules.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and efficiency.
• Learn and apply best practices in software design, architecture, and agile methodologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.

• Strong foundation in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
• Knowledge of React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL like MongoDB or Cloudant).
• (Preferred) Experience with AR/VR/XR tools like Unity, Unreal, or Three.js.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of Java, Node.js, ReactJS, and Git.
