  • Academic Consistency: Minimum cumulative score of 60% or a 6.0 CGPA throughout graduation.
  • Graduation Batches: Restructured only for 2024, 2025, and 2026 passing-out graduates.
  • Backlog Status: Absolutely no active backlogs at the time of appearing for the recruitment process or onboarding.
  • Degree Completion: Candidates must successfully finish all degree requirements and secure their provisional certificates before their official date of joining.
  • Employment History: Designed specifically for entry-level applicants; candidates with extensive professional software experience are not eligible.
  • Document Verification: Possession of authentic academic mark sheets, degree certificates, and valid national identification (PAN card, Aadhaar, Passport).
  • Geography Flexibility: Must be willing to relocate and work from any of IBM’s massive development centers across India if required.
