As a Sales Operations Analyst Trainee, you will be part of Cisco’s Non-Technical Graduate Apprenticeship Program. During this 12-month apprenticeship, you will work closely with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs), Systems Engineers, and regional teams to understand customer requirements and help support sales operations.

You will learn how solutions are prepared, how proposals are structured, and how sales strategies are executed to help Cisco win new business and renew existing accounts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in business operations, sales support, and customer engagement within a global technology company.

• Collaborate with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs) to understand customer requirements.
• Learn how to prepare customer-specific solution proposals and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support the team in reviewing and validating deliverables with customer Systems Engineers.
• Assist sales teams in developing and executing strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
• Help in building presentations and documentation required for customer meetings.
• Gain exposure to sales operations workflows, renewal processes, and customer lifecycle management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, business operations, and partner teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure operational accuracy in sales activities.
• Learn to use business tools, dashboards, and basic reporting techniques in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Must have completed a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Sc, or BCA.
• Must be a 2025 graduate with a degree certificate or provisional degree certificate.
• Must be available for a 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2025.
• Must be enrolled as a “student” on NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) and hold a valid enrolment number.
• Must not have any active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Should possess strong communication skills and the willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good communication, teamwork, and proactive engagement.
• Strong interest in business operations and sales support.
• Problem-solving attitude and “can-do” mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
