Job Description
This role is for an International Voice Process, where candidates will interact with international customers and provide customer support services. Employees will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and readiness to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- As an International Voice Process Executive at [24]7.ai, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to international clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally and confidently
- Understanding customer queries, concerns, and issues, and providing accurate and timely resolutions
- Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining company quality standards
- Documenting customer interactions clearly and correctly in internal systems
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently, including calls, system updates, and follow-ups
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude while dealing with customers
- Meeting performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Following process guidelines, scripts, and escalation procedures
- Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
- Adhering to company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and compliance
- This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers from different cultures and regions.
Eligibility Criteria
