Hexaware Technologies is hiring Customer Service Domestic Quality Analysts – BPS for its Bengaluru office. In this role, you will evaluate customer interactions, monitor service quality, and ensure that customer support teams follow process guidelines and quality standards. You will review voice and non-voice interactions, identify improvement areas, provide feedback to agents, and help enhance the overall customer experience.
