Job Description

The Lead Generation Executive (Work From Home) role at Telesource involves interacting with customers over calls and identifying potential leads for banking products like personal loans and credit cards.

As a telecaller, your primary responsibility is to connect with customers from a provided database and understand their financial needs. You will introduce relevant banking products and check their interest level. Interested customers are then converted into qualified leads and forwarded to the internal team for further processing.

This role requires making 200+ calls daily, maintaining records, and ensuring proper follow-ups. It is a target-based job, so consistency and communication skills are crucial.

  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to potential customers
  • Explain banking products like personal loans and credit cards

Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates must be Any Graduate / B.E / B.Tech
  • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply

  • Must have a personal mobile/laptop and internet connection
