Job Description
We are looking for a motivated SDET to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software. The role involves working with Power BI UI automation using Selenium and Java, API testing with RestAssured, and databases such as SQL and Oracle.
You will create and maintain automated tests, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects. The position also involves collaborating with the wider engineering team throughout the development process and helping deliver stable, high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automated test cases for Power BI and other applications.
- Perform UI testing using Selenium and Java.
- Develop automated API tests using RestAssured.
- Write SQL queries to verify data and test database results.
- Identify, report, and track software defects.
- Work with developers to understand and resolve testing issues.
- Take part in test planning and help improve overall product quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates who are interested in software testing and automation can apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Hyderabad or Bangalore office.
- Hyderabad is the preferred location.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within one week are preferred.
- The role requires working from the office five days a week.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of software testing and automation concepts.
- Knowledge of Java and Selenium is preferred.
- Familiarity with API testing and RestAssured.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Oracle databases.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with development and testing teams.
