Job Description
Wipro is hiring fresh graduates through its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) – 2025, a unique education-plus-work initiative for BCA and B.Sc students. Under this program, selected candidates will work as Trainees in Wipro’s IT environment while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree, fully sponsored by Wipro.
The role includes hands-on training, real-time project exposure, and continuous skill development designed to help young professionals begin a strong career in the technology industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Wipro WILP Trainee, candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting project teams in completing day-to-day technical and operational tasks.
- Learning and applying basic programming, testing, or analytical skills as required by the assigned project.
- Assisting in troubleshooting, documentation, and application support activities.
- Participating in internal training sessions to upgrade technical skills.
- Following company guidelines, quality processes, and security protocols.
- Collaborating with senior team members to understand business requirements and deliver assigned tasks.
- Completing academic coursework, assignments, and examinations related to the M.Tech program.
- Maintaining professionalism, discipline, and punctuality throughout the training period.
Eligibility Criteria
- To apply for Wipro’s WILP 2025 program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification
- BCA or B.Sc graduates (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics).
- Must be from the 2025 passout batch.
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation (as per university rules).
- Academic Rules
- 10th and 12th: Pass (open school allowed for both).
- Only 1 backlog allowed at assessment time (must be cleared before 6th semester).
- Must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation.
- No gap allowed during graduation; course must be completed within 3 years.
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and start of graduation.
- Candidates must be 18 years or above at the time of registration.
- Indian citizens, or individuals holding OCI/PIO cards, are eligible.
Skills Required
- Applicants should possess the following skills to succeed in the WILP program:
- Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (any language preferred).
- Knowledge of computer fundamentals, operating systems, and MS Office.
- Analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Basic understanding of networking, databases, or software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
- Ability to work in teams and cooperate with peers and seniors.
