As an Associate System Engineer at IBM, you will be involved in multiple stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. You will build and maintain software solutions that enable clients on their hybrid cloud and AI transformation journeys.

• Analyze existing systems, identify issues, and propose improvements with guidance from architects and technical leaders.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, release, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide innovative technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by delivering reliable and responsive software solutions.
• Continuously learn new technologies and improve technical and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates must have completed their degree before joining IBM.
• Only candidates from the 2024 and 2025 pass-out batches are eligible.
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or IT-related branches such as CSE, AI & ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, and related disciplines.
• Minimum academic requirement: 6 CGPA or 60% overall.
• No active backlogs at the time of application.
• Candidates must be flexible to work from any IBM location in India.

• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
