Job Description

Capgemini is hiring fresh graduates for the Contact Support Group (CSG) role under the Exceller program. This position is part of the Cloud and Infrastructure Services division and involves supporting global customers by managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. The role requires flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment and interact with customers across different regions and time zones.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • The candidate will handle customer queries through voice and digital support channels such as calls, chat, and email. Responsibilities include providing technical troubleshooting, resolving internet connectivity issues, handling password resets and session-related problems, and ensuring first-contact resolution. The role also involves understanding customer requirements clearly, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach, and delivering high-quality customer service across different industries.
