Capgemini is hiring Associate Software Engineers for its Exceller program in Bangalore. The role is primarily L1 technical support in a voice‑based helpdesk environment. Candidates will interact with users, troubleshoot basic computer and application issues, provide first‑level assistance, and escalate complex problems. The position requires 24/7 rotational shift availability, strong communication, basic computer and MS Office knowledge. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a B.E/B.Tech or any degree are welcome.

• Provide first‑level (L1) technical assistance to users via phone.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic computer, OS and application issues.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions using MS Office and other tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers as per process.
• Maintain accurate logs of calls and resolutions.
• Adhere to 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

• B.E, B.Tech or any graduate degree.
