As a Data Analyst, you will support the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of datasets by using internal and external research sources such as government and regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports, and internal research tools. The role focuses on collecting, summarizing, and synthesizing relevant data to deliver high-quality insights to clients. Over time, you will also work on process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and workflow enhancements.

• Collect, analyze, and enter high-quality financial and non-financial data as per defined guidelines.
• Understand datasets, workflows, and internal research tools used within the team.
• Provide inputs for new data collection methods and product improvements.
• Meet individual and team targets with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Build technical expertise within the department.
• Troubleshoot data or process-related issues and support workflow improvements.
• Review feedback and transaction content to correct errors and refine procedures.
• Participate in process improvement, LEAN initiatives, and automation projects.

• Post-Graduate degree or MBA with Finance as a major specialization.
• Graduation or post-graduation batch of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Freshers are eligible; candidates with experience up to 6 years may also apply.
• Good academic track record is required.
• Willingness to work in a 24×5 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, financial statements, and annual reports.
• Experience or familiarity with secondary research sources.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Ability to perform efficient thematic online research.
