The role is a Tier 1 Support Specialist for Salesforce Platform Operations. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day Salesforce support, handling tickets, monitoring performance, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining data, and assisting with basic quality‑assurance activities. The position combines Salesforce support, data management, troubleshooting, QA, business analysis, and process improvement, working with business users and cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues, document processes, support testing, and ensure stable operational workflows.

• - Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce support tickets and platform performance monitoring
• - Troubleshoot and resolve user issues on the Salesforce platform
• - Maintain and verify Salesforce data integrity using Data Loader, Workbench or Import Wizard
• - Assist with basic QA activities and support testing efforts

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a related technical discipline
• - 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, quality assurance or related technology roles

• - Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and API testing concepts (e.g., Postman)
