Job Description
Wells Fargo is looking for an Analytics Consultant to support risk analytics and business decision-making through data analysis and reporting. The role involves working with large datasets, identifying trends, developing analytical solutions, and providing meaningful insights to stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset, knowledge of data analysis tools, and the ability to solve complex business problems. This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced professionals on enterprise-level risk and analytics initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights.
- Support risk assessment and analytics projects.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality in reports.
- Perform data validation and root cause analysis.
- Present findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve analytical processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Risk Analytics or a related analytics role.
- Equivalent experience may be considered through a combination of professional work, relevant training, military service, or education.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
