Job Description
Walmart Global Tech India is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Grad Intern (Software Engineering Intern) in Bangalore.
This internship program provides an opportunity for students to work on real-world projects in AI, cloud computing, and enterprise-scale platforms.
As part of Walmart’s engineering division, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to design, build, and deliver scalable, impactful technology solutions that power millions of users globally.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for internal and external applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Solve complex engineering problems in areas such as AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Contribute to projects involving supply chain, finance, logistics, and customer-facing applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Explore technologies like Java, Python, Hadoop, Cassandra, ERP systems, and machine learning tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students (Graduating Batch of 2026).
- Must be pursuing B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields.
- Indian nationals currently enrolled in accredited universities.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and solving real-world technical challenges.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages — Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with developer tools such as GitHub, Co-pilot, and Qodo Merge.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
