This apprenticeship provides fresh engineering graduates with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, engineering operations, software development, data analysis, testing, or customer-focused engineering, depending on the assigned business unit.

During the apprenticeship, trainees work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product development processes, engineering standards, and modern technologies used across the automotive industry. Selected candidates receive structured learning, practical assignments, and exposure to global engineering projects while developing technical and professional skills.
