Job Description
As a Trainee Technology, you will support the development and launch of mobile applications by gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
The role involves working closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure business objectives are aligned with technical solutions. You will also assist in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate and participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather detailed business requirements
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Recommend process improvements and potential solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams for successful product delivery
- Support testing and quality assurance activities to validate product requirements
- Assist in project tracking and documentation to ensure timelines are met
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Computer Science
- Or related disciplines
- Master’s degree in:
- Finance
- Systems
- Operations
- Or related fields (preferred)
- Experience Criteria
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Business Analysis
- Product Management
- Technology or related roles
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

- Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of mobile application development concepts
- Knowledge of business analysis and requirement gathering
- Ability to evaluate solutions and provide actionable recommendations
