Job Description
TCS iON National Qualifier Test (TCS iON NQT) is a national-level assessment that helps candidates showcase their skills to leading companies.

The exam is conducted every 2–4 weeks at authorized TCS iON exam centres.
Your TCS iON NQT Scorecard will include performance in all test sections, which can be used to apply for multiple corporate job openings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Although TCS NQT is a test and not a direct job role, candidates who score well are expected to perform the following responsibilities when hired by companies:
- Participate in corporate hiring processes using your NQT score.
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently in IT, Business, or Support roles.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities during job assignments.
- Communicate ideas clearly with team members and managers.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and workflows.
- Apply logical thinking to solve real-world business problems.
- Maintain accuracy while working on data, reports, or software modules.
- Work collaboratively in team environments to deliver project requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- The TCS NQT exam is open to a wide range of candidates:
- Who Can Apply?
- Pre-final & final year students of any degree or stream
- Students passing between 2020–2026
- Fresh graduates who want to start their career
- Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience
- Educational Qualification
- Any degree: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / BBA / B.Com / BA / MCA / M.Tech
- Any stream: Science, Commerce, Arts, Management, Computer Science, etc.
- Skills Required
