Job Description

Wipro is hiring System Engineers who will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues related to operating systems and enterprise applications.

In this role, employees will interact with customers through phone calls, emails, or support tickets to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions. The role involves troubleshooting problems related to Windows operating systems, Outlook, Teams, VPN, Citrix, VDI, and other enterprise applications.

System Engineers will also be responsible for documenting incidents, escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

This role requires strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer queries.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • • Provide technical support for customers through calls, emails, or support tickets
  • • Troubleshoot operating system and application-related issues
  • • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • • Monitor and manage support tickets efficiently
  • • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams
  • • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • • Identify patterns in customer issues and report them to management
  • • Create standard operating procedures for recurring technical problems
