As a Back Office Associate a Sutherland, you will support accounting and order-to-cash (O2C) processes, ensure accurate data handling, and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments in ERP systems
Monitor accounts receivable and support collection follow-ups
Perform cash application and resolve billing discrepancies
Support credit control and account reconciliation
Coordinate with Sales, Billing & Collections teams
Maintain compliance with SOX guidelines and audit standards
Handle documentation and update internal systems accurately

• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately in ERP systems
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (A/R) and support follow-ups for collections
• Perform cash application, identify mismatches, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with credit control, customer account reconciliation, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Billing & Collections teams
• Ensure all tasks comply with SOX guidelines, audit standards, and company policies
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records for all financial transactions
• Provide support for O2C (Order-to-Cash) sub-processes
• Handle customer queries or escalations related to payments and account details
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all operational processes

• Any Graduate (0–3 years experience accepted)
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good understanding of MS Excel
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Experience with tools like SAP, Salesforce, HPSM is an advantage
• Basic understanding of O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes
• Good problem-solving ability and service mindset
