Job Description
Startek is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for the position of Customer Support Associate. This is a work-from-home opportunity where selected candidates will handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails, depending on the project. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-first approach. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided before joining live operations. The role requires candidates to maintain service quality while resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply.
