Salesforce is looking for technically strong Software Engineers who are passionate about building, maintaining, and releasing high-quality software products. As a Software Engineering AMTS, you will work closely with world-class engineers, contributing to product architecture, design, implementation, testing, and defect resolution.

This role emphasizes writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, ensuring software reliability, and delivering features that delight customers. Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in autonomous, empowered teams that encourage innovation and ownership.

• Software Development & Maintenance
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable client-side and server-side components
• Write high-quality code for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices
• Create and maintain automated test cases to ensure product reliability
• Issue Investigation & Resolution
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer defects and production issues
• Analyze logs, crash dumps, network traces, and system metrics
• Triage and resolve well-defined issues with guidance from senior engineers
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and clearly document findings
• Collaboration & Engineering Practices
• Work in a Hybrid Engineering model with product managers, architects, and stakeholders
• Define and understand technical requirements and system specifications
• Learn and apply design patterns, architectural principles, and engineering best practices
• Improve development approaches incrementally in each sprint
• Documentation & Communication
• Clearly document reproduction steps, fixes, and technical explanations
• Log work items and provide regular status updates
• Transparently communicate progress, challenges, and risks to mentors and senior engineers
• Develop understanding of how individual modules integrate into the broader product

• Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Educational Qualification
• B.E / B.Tech or M.S in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Experience
• 0–2 years of relevant software development experience
• Freshers from 2025 batch are eligible

• Candidates should have strong foundations in the following areas:
• Proficiency in C++ (C++17) or Java (Java 17 or later)
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and testing practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
