About Company
This role is a fixed-term full-time contract for 6 months, based at NatWest Group’s Taurus 4 office, Bagmane Constellation Business Park, Bangalore.
As a Software Engineer – AI/ML, you will work on developing and maintaining AI- and ML-driven solutions in a secure banking environment. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in NLP, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
You will be part of a feature team and gain exposure to the entire software development life cycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engineer high-performance, scalable, and customer-focused AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver secure and reliable systems that support business objectives.
The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, clean code, and continuous improvement, making it an excellent learning opportunity for freshers and junior professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML-based software solutions
- Work within feature teams responsible for the full software life cycle
- Build and enhance machine learning models using Python
- Implement NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based solutions
- Integrate APIs for seamless data exchange between systems
- Deploy and manage ML models using AWS services
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts across teams
- Ensure solutions are secure, robust, and high-performing
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends
- Continuously improve software engineering practices and capabilities
Eligibility Criteria
