Qualcomm is hiring Software Engineers through its Off Campus Drive for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad and Chennai. Selected candidates will work on embedded systems, wireless technologies, Linux/Android platforms, IoT, and next-generation software solutions, making it an excellent opportunity to build a career in cutting-edge technologies.

• Campus graduates joining Qualcomm as Software Engineers will work on the following:
• Development of real-time embedded software and device drivers
• Mobile software development for Android, Windows Mobile, or Linux platforms
• Designing and implementing object-oriented software solutions
• Working with wireless network standards such as CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE
• Developing Linux drivers and contributing to Linux kernel development
• Implementing communication protocols like TCP, UDP, IP, SIP, RTP
• Developing multimedia software stack for audio, video, and imaging technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable software systems
• Supporting firmware and connectivity software development
• Participating in architecture design for embedded platforms
• Candidates will be exposed to high-performance embedded systems and global product development environments.

• Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, or related fields.
• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech graduates are eligible.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Good understanding of operating systems and data structures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Candidates should have the following technical knowledge:
• Strong programming skills in C/C++.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Knowledge of wireless standards such as LTE, GSM, WiFi, Bluetooth.
