Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions and technology prototypes for next-generation products.
- Design, build, and enhance software applications with clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software features on time.
- Follow coding standards, software development best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development records.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
- Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and design principles to solve technical challenges.
- Work with modern software development methodologies such as Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks while contributing to continuous product innovation.
- Troubleshoot software issues and help improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates and final-year students (where applicable) are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
