SAP is hiring candidates for the role of SQL / Python Associate Consultant as part of its internship opportunity in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will work as a Concur Service Administrator, supporting customers by managing and maintaining system configurations. This role involves working closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver effective configuration-based solutions while ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

• The candidate will assist customers by handling configuration-related requests such as adding, editing, or removing configurable options. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, providing suitable solutions, documenting work performed, and following SAP Concur’s engagement guidelines. The role also involves managing customer escalations, coordinating with internal teams, meeting defined KPIs such as SLAs and customer satisfaction, and providing higher-level technical expertise when required.
