• Provide technical support to customers through support tickets and other communication channels.

• BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.Sc or M.Sc in relevant disciplines.

• Basic understanding of operating systems, databases, or networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts if required.
