We are seeking a motivated Associate Consultant – Techno-Functional Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should understand business analysis, application functionality, data analysis, and the software development lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support successful solution delivery.

• - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• - Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• - Prepare process flows, use cases, data mappings, and requirement documents.
• - Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other technology stakeholders.
• - Perform basic data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
• - Support application enhancements, integrations, and production issue analysis.
• - Assist in functional testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand‑ups.
• - Track requirements, defects, and project activities using Jira and Confluence.
• - Maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates.
• - 2025 / 2026 batch graduates.
• - Freshers (no prior work experience required).
