Job Description
The Associate Graduate is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are beginning their professional careers. In this position, they work alongside experienced team members, support day-to-day tasks within their assigned area, and gradually build their technical and professional skills. The role also provides opportunities to learn new processes, take on additional responsibilities, and develop a strong understanding of the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build practical knowledge and experience within the assigned area of specialization or business function.
- Develop a clear understanding of the services, solutions, and processes handled by the team.
- Support routine administrative and operational activities as required.
- Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Help prepare and distribute reports while checking system data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify basic errors, missing information, or discrepancies and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with entry-level technical and non-technical activities based on business requirements.
- Take initiative to learn new tools, processes, and responsibilities to strengthen professional skills.
- Work closely with senior team members and follow established processes and instructions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic experience or exposure to working with internal and external stakeholders is an advantage.
- Ability to apply academic or theoretical knowledge to practical workplace situations.
- Familiarity with tools, processes, and methodologies relevant to the assigned role is beneficial.
