Movate is hiring Technical Support Engineers who can provide technical assistance to customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Shift: Day Shift Only (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues professionally
• Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) by solving issues during the first interaction
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
• Assist customers with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
• Document issues properly and follow troubleshooting procedures

• Any Graduate
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory

• Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows & Mac)
• Knowledge of mobile & tablet storage concepts
• Basic understanding of wireless networking, routers, connectivity, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, comprehension, and listening skills
• Strong probing and problem-solving skills
• Good written English skills for email/chat support
