Job Description
Motorola Solutions is hiring IT Interns for its Bangalore office. This role is perfect for candidates who want to explore IT infrastructure, system support, and enterprise-level technology operations.
As an IT Intern, you will work closely with senior IT professionals, support daily operations, and contribute to ongoing technology projects. You will gain hands-on experience in hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and IT service management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- As an IT Intern at Motorola Solutions, you will:
- 🔧 Technical Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support installation, configuration, and deployment of new systems, laptops, and software tools.
- Monitor IT systems and help identify potential issues proactively.
- Work with cybersecurity and IT teams to maintain safe and secure systems.
- Contribute to projects related to network design, cloud systems, data management, and cybersecurity.
- 🧩 Operational Responsibilities
- Handle IT helpdesk requests and provide timely assistance to employees.
- Document troubleshooting processes, user guides, and technical notes.
- Maintain IT inventory – laptops, accessories, and equipment.
- Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Support regular IT audits and compliance-related activities.
- 🤝 Collaboration Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs.
- Join team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving processes.
- Communicate technical information in a simple and clear way to non-technical users.
Eligibility Criteria
