As an Engineer at Motorola Solutions, you will be part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, supporting day-to-day operational activities. This includes helping users with account access issues, learning identity governance workflows, monitoring systems, and collaborating with cybersecurity engineers.

You will gain hands-on experience with platforms like Active Directory, Okta, One Identity, and LDAP, while learning the fundamentals of identity security under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• User Support & Daily Operations
• Act as the first contact for user access and login issues
• Troubleshoot account lockouts, permission errors, and user access requests
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates across IAM systems
• Process user role changes as per company policies
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Work within the One Identity platform to review and process access requests
• Assist users in navigating the IGA portal
• Support senior engineers in testing and validating new workflows
• System Monitoring & Maintenance
• Monitor identity systems, review alerts, and escalate critical issues
• Help maintain documentation and knowledge-base articles
• Assist in access certification campaigns by generating reports and tracking progress
• Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with IT Help Desk and business users to resolve tickets
• Support IAM Engineers and Senior Engineers on projects
• Participate in internal meetings, training programs, and learning sessions

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree (Any IT / CS related field preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in IT, Tech Support, or Cybersecurity
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts:
• Active Directory
• Cloud services
• Networking fundamentals
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and identity management
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of Okta or One Identity is a plus, but not mandatory
