Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is hiring GenAI Trainee / Software Engineer for its team in Mumbai. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in software development, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.

• Assist with collecting, cleaning, and preparing structured and unstructured data for AI and machine learning projects.
• Support the development, training, testing, and improvement of machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work on Generative AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Help develop and test AI-based chatbots, virtual assistants, and other intelligent applications.
• Assist with computer vision projects involving image classification, object detection, OCR, segmentation, and video analytics.
• Perform basic data analysis, create visualizations, and help identify useful insights from datasets.
• Support the development of data pipelines, APIs, and AI solutions for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Work with tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and YOLO, depending on project requirements.

• B.Tech or B.E. degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Candidates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields may be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Understanding of machine learning models, data processing, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with Python and common AI/ML tools or frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong willingness to learn and work with emerging AI technologies.
