• As a Field Marketing Executive at Justdial, your daily responsibilities will include:
• 1. Customer Visits & Business Promotion
• Visit potential and existing customers (shops, small businesses, service providers).
• Explain the benefits of listing on Justdial and how it helps businesses gain customers.
• Demonstrate various listing packages and digital solutions offered by the company.
• 2. Identifying New Business Opportunities
• Explore assigned areas to identify new businesses that can be added to Justdial.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective leads and convert them into customers.
• 3. Achieving Daily/Weekly Targets
• Maintain daily targets for visits, leads generated, and business closures.
• Work towards achieving both revenue and activity goals assigned by the manager.
• 4. Relationship Building
• Maintain professional relationships with local business owners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of the customer and resolve basic queries.
• Encourage repeat business and long-term customer engagement.
• 5. Reporting & Documentation
• Submit daily visit reports, lead details, and closure updates to the manager.
• Maintain accurate data records for all customer interactions.
• Work closely with the team and management to improve performance metrics.

• Candidates applying for this role must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• ✔ Education
• Any Graduate from a recognized university
• Candidates from all streams are eligible
• 12th pass candidates with strong communication skills may also apply (as per company requirement)
• ✔ Experience
• Freshers can apply
• Experienced candidates with 0–5 years in Field Sales, Marketing, Promoter work, Business Development, or Customer Interaction roles are preferred
• ✔ Age Limit
• Typically 18–32 years (as per company norms)
