HCLTech is hiring HR Interns who will support recruitment and sourcing activities. This role involves assisting the HR team in identifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with applicants.

You will work on tasks like sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and interacting with candidates. This is not just a back-office role—you will be involved in real hiring processes.

The internship duration is approximately 9 months, and candidates will gain hands-on experience in HR operations. You will also work with tools like Excel and internal recruitment systems.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and databases
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and recruiters
• Communicate with candidates for initial screening
• Maintain candidate records and databases
• Support recruitment and hiring processes
• Handle basic HR operations and documentation
• Work on Excel reports and recruitment tracking
• Assist in organizing hiring drives
• Collaborate with HR team members
• Support overall recruitment lifecycle

• UG: BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA
• PG: MA, MSc, MCom
• Freshers are eligible
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Willingness to work from office
• Open to making calls (including cold calling)
• Good presentation skills
• Willingness to learn HR processes
• Must meet government scheme eligibility conditions
• Ineligible Candidates:
• IIT, IIM, NLU, IISER, NID, IIIT, IISc graduates
• Professional degree holders (CA, CMA, CS, MBA, MBBS, etc.)
• Candidates already under government internship schemes
• Family income above ₹12 lakh or government employee family
