Tesla is hiring Graduate Interns for its AI Hardware team in Bangalore. The role is divided into two main areas: SOC Verification and RTL Design.
As an intern, you will work on advanced semiconductor systems, focusing on pre-silicon verification or hardware design. The work involves understanding system architecture, building verification environments, and contributing to high-performance AI accelerators.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, especially in hardware design and programming. You will collaborate with multiple teams including design, architecture, and software engineering.
- Develop and maintain SOC-level verification environments
- Design and implement UVM-based test benches
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams
- Create and execute verification plans
- Analyze test results and improve coverage
- Contribute to microarchitecture design and documentation
- Develop high-performance RTL designs
- Optimize designs for power, performance, and area
- Participate in debugging and validation processes
- Support post-silicon validation and system bring-up
- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
